Lucille’s Hotel & Restaurant and Rick’s Boots & Outfitters will serve as the presenting sponsors of the Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) 53nd Annual College Rodeo, taking place April 9-11, 2026, on the B.O.P. Ram Rodeo Grounds at Don Mitchell Arena in Weatherford.
Lucille’s Hotel, Lucille’s Restaurant, and Ricks Boot’s & Outfitters are all subsidiaries of ASAP Energy, Inc. ASAP was founded by President Rick Koch and is based in Weatherford on historic Route 66, with general store locations across the state. Koch was a founding member of the SWOSU Athletic Association Board of Directors and sits on the SWOSU Football Legacy Fund Steering Committee. He and his wife, Sheila, are longtime, generous benefactors of SWOSU.
