The Bulldog Angels Fund was established in 2014 by Bill, Deborah, and Blake Howell to benefit SWOSU students in times of crisis. It is a vital resource when all other options for assistance are exhausted or unavailable. The Bulldog Angel Fund helps students with extreme financial pressures to stay enrolled in classes and on campus.
