Twenty Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) students each won a $1,000 scholarship on Saturday, September 28, 2024, during Family Day activities on the Weatherford campus.
Area businesses and the SWOSU Foundation, Inc. worked together to furnish the $20,000 scholarship giveaway. Students and their families registered for the scholarship drawing throughout the day at participating local Weatherford merchants.
